Returns and Exchanges
Janine Edwards has a returns policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your parcel, provided that items are in original condition.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and associated designer packaging in original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged dustbags and shoe boxes, and unmarked shoe soles). We do not accept returns on gift cards, intimates or sale items. Please be careful when trying on garments - they must be in resalable condition upon return. Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Contact Janine Edwards within 14 business days of receiving your items at email@example.com stating the reason for your return/exchange. Please include your order number and all details of the item(s) you wish to return in your email. For an exchange, stock availability will be checked, otherwise you may choose to return the item for a store credit note. You will need to post your items back to us via REGISTERED POST WITH SIGN ON DELIVERY at Janine Edwards Boutique - Shop 2763, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Hooker Blv. Broadbeach, QLD 4218 and forward your tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also return your items to Janine Edwards Boutique at Pacific Fair for an in-store exchange or credit. Janine Edwards does not offer refunds. All sale items are final.
For international returns, we require the item(s) to be returned within 9 business days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside of this time (without prior agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a traceable method and provide us with the tracking details.
Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions, we will either provide an exchange or store credit note. For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order to avoid disappointment. Upon receipt of your new order, we will refund you the original order (less shipping charges). Alternatively, let us know the size you prefer below and we will have the exchange dispatched via standard delivery. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Janine Edwards will continue to communicate with you (via email or phone) at various stages of the process.
Janine Edwards reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you.
While Janine Edwards offers a flexible returns policy, frequent returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged and potentially refused at Janine Edwards' discretion.
